Life Insurance Advisor- Wilson M. Beck Financial Services Ltd.

Full Time | Kelowna Office

We are currently looking for a Life Insurance Advisor to join our financial team in our Kelowna office. We are dedicated to providing personalized financial solutions that help individuals and families secure their futures. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, assisting clients in achieving their financial goals through life insurance products. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Life Insurance Advisor with 2-5 years of experience in selling Life Insurance within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping clients protect their loved ones through effective life insurance solutions and have a strong understanding of the financial services landscape. We have strategically positioned ourselves into what we consider the four corners of BC. Since 1981 we have grown to employ over 300 people in 10 geographic locations: Lower Mainland, Okanagan (Kelowna), Kamloops, Northern BC (Prince George), Victoria, Alberta, and Ontario.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • You will build and maintain strong client relationships by offering life insurance products tailored to clients' needs.
  • You will identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.
  • You will conduct in-depth financial needs analyses to ensure the right solutions are recommended for each client.
  • You will stay up to date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide the best possible service.
  • You will prepare and present customized life insurance plans to both individual and corporate clients.
  • You will collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless and supportive client experience.
  • You will ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines.
  • You will meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
WHO YOU ARE
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically with Life Insurance products.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving sales goals and providing excellent customer service.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insurance concepts clearly.
  • You are self-motivated and proactive in identifying client needs and driving results.
  • You have a valid LLQP License (required).
  • You have knowledge of other financial services products (preferred)
  • You are proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software. 
COMPENSATION
  • The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.

Salary Range: $60,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually
