Operations Team Specialist (Burnaby)

We are currently looking for an Operations Team Specialist to join our Operations Team in our Burnaby office. This is a newly created role to accompany the growth WMB has experienced over the years. In this role you’ll be reporting directly to the Systems and Operations Team Lead while also working alongside a team of Insurance Operations experts who strive to make WMB a thriving company and a great place to work! This is an exciting role for someone with insurance knowledge with a passion for organization, project leadership skills, and a performance mindset. Your keen interest in learning and development and attention to detail support the organization in our goals, from strategic planning to daily execution. What is exciting about this role is the opportunity to work with all our offices (8+ and growing) and will be one of the first points of contact for new hires!

Accounting Assistant – WMB Home Warranty (Surrey)

WBI Home Warranty is currently looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our team in our Surrey office. In this role you’ll be reporting directly to the Executive Vice-President with a dotted line to our Administrative Manager. This is an exciting role for someone who thrives working in a team environment and dealing with high volume tasks.  

Account Manager, Commercial Lines (Victoria)

We are currently looking for an Account Manager to join our Construction team in our Victoria office. In this role, you will collaborate with Account Producer(s) regarding client needs and recommend solutions with respect to placement, terms and policy conditions. This position requires a positive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high paced environment. The portfolio of business focuses on the construction and contracting industry.

Account Executive, Independent Business Unit (Burnaby)

We are currently looking for an Account Executive in our Independent Business Unit to join our Commercial Lines team in our Burnaby or Surrey offices. The position offers great flexibility in terms of location of work.

As Account Executive, you will manage a small business book - accounts usually up to $25,000 in premium - including sales, servicing, marketing of accounts, and maintenance of files. We encourage applications from all qualified candidates.

Technical Service Representative (Burnaby)

We are currently looking for a Technical Services Representative to join our Commercial Lines teams in our Burnaby office.

Working primarily out of our Burnaby office, occasionally our Surrey office location, the Technical Services Representative, reports directly to the Executive Vice President of Commercial Lines. The right candidate is responsible for providing clerical support to Wilson M. Beck Insurance Services through a variety of different areas ranging from processing support including addressing urgent client needs. We will provide training for the position.
